As a Guest Service Manager in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

  • Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
  • Provide guests with a quality room orientation
  • Perform professional lobby patrol duties 
  • Provide quality service, with colleagues, to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time
  • Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the use of the hotel group
  • Monitor Guest Services Officers with their duties
  • Ensure Room assignment is in line with guest requests
  • Assist Supervisors in their daily responsibilities, such as Trace Report and Hot SOS follow up
  • Up selling, Data Collection, Guest Preference

Requirements:

  • University graduate with Hotel Management degree 
  • Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English 
  • Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a team 
  • Basic computer and typing skills 
  • Dynamic and energetic
