As a Guest Services Officer in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

  • Be responsible for all Front Office duties including but not limited to   greeting guests, providing efficient check-in & check-out service, handling billings and payments as well as delivering quality room orientation
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and preparing regular reports
  • Assist to execute the guest recognition programme and drive enrolment
  • Be attentive to guest needs throughout their stays and provide assistance proactively

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in hospitality management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in luxury hotels
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
  • Pleasant, dynamic, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
