SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is looking for a Host/Hostess to join our vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage Team.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the F&B Department in London, the Host/Hostess is responsible for the smooth running of the food & beverage outlets.

 

As Host/Hostess, you will responsible for the following duties:

  • Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
  • To ensure that relevant grooming standards are adhered to, reflecting a professional image for our guests.
  • To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
  • To maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock of the restaurant menus.

 

As Host/Hostess, we expect from you: 

  • To be working on a rotating shift basis, Mondays to Sundays, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and late shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
