As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the face of our dining experience, welcoming guests with genuine warmth, ensuring seamless seating arrangements, and assisting in delivering a smooth and memorable service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a gracious, efficient seating process
Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists using the hotel system
Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with professionalism
Support the team in upholding Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Arabic, French and English
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
