Main Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with IT related issues and ensure all guest complaints are investigated and proper action taken to rectify
  • Create and maintain systems users ID
  • Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for any application and hardware related issues.
  • Upkeep filing, document control, and equipment tracking to prevent loss of existing IT assets and maintain updated IT inventory
  • Ensure IT Daily task are carried out and completed
  • Assisting with the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and network services related to IT
  • Assisting with identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT appliance and connectivity issues
  • Assisting with maintaining a thorough inventory of IT equipment and devices, and monitoring the repair and replacement of non-working, damaged and/or obsolete equipment
  • Interacting with partners, attorneys, support colleague, office administrators, and guests, and providing individual instruction in equipment setup and operation when needed.
  • Assists to ensure IT policies and procedures are reviewed annually and carried out.
  • Assists in the delivery of technology training programs for all hotel colleagues.
  • Documenting, archiving all correspondence and trouble shooting, follow up suppliers’ visits and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Junior School qualification or equivalent
  • Specific Degree or Diploma in relevant areas is plus
  • Proven experience as IT assistant or similar role
  • Advance knowledge of Outlook and MS Teams
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
