The hotel IT Manager is responsible for the day-to-day IT support within the hotel they are responsible for. This includes, but not limited to first line colleague support, second line guest support, IT hardware and software maintenance tasks, system event alert rectifications and routine task management.
The IT Manager is the main technical interface for the hotel on all Information Technology and Audio Visual support issues (proactive and reactive).
The IT Manager should be available weekdays for escalation and general IT Support management.
