By working through Chef Akira Back’s world famous dishes and operational strategy, you will be part of the management team leading the best-known outlet kitchen brigade.

Sharpen your skills and learn invaluable new ones as you transcend hospitality in seamless fashion and lively interactions.

As a Junior Sous Chef you will need to:

  • Be able to support the team and workflow to execute the Akira Back’s standardized dishes according to the recipes and user guides in a high volume atmosphere for high profile guests.
  • Support the Sous Chefs to drive the team to maintain the highest level of productivity and efficiency in overall food preparation in Akira Back Restaurant, ABar Lounge, ABar Rooftop and In-Room Dining.
  • Be able to project and procure the adequate amount of products and prepare in timely manner.
  • Demonstrate the ultimate level of food safety, understanding HACCP principles, possess the highest personal hygiene and be able to train the team.
  • Support the kitchen in absence of Sous Chef
