Main Responsibilities

  • Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures (SOPs, etc.)
  • Maintain image/photo/video library to ensure it is of high quality, current and provide assistance to colleagues or third parties with image/photo/video needs
  • Ensure all floor plans are accurate and up-to-date and readily available in various format (JPG / PDF / AI).
  • Maintain the copy content library (press releases, campaign stories, ad copy…etc) to ensure all are filed systematically
  • Maintain all collateral files in a systematic order and readily available, as well as the inventory and ordering of collaterals
  • Maintain the presentation library and ensure these are up to date and systematically filed in terms of external/internal use by the department and by date
  • Maintain the glossary to ensure it is up to date and terms/words are systematically added
  • Oversee the request process of NEW business cards from the request stage to the finalised artwork file template stage for the Director of Marketing Communications’ approval
  • Respond to media, trade, colleagues’ needs professionally, timely and with passion

Requirements

  • Senior School qualifications or equivalent is mandatory
  • Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in hospitality/hotel/business Management is an advantage
  • Experience working in a 5-star hotel, luxury retail, agency or marketing environment in a similar role is an advantage
  • Previous working experience in the Middle East is an advantage
  • Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic is a great advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Must be physically fit and able to cope with physical work tasks
