Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the yearly marketing plans and ensure all campaigns are effectively managed from conception to implementation
- Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand their promotional requirements
- Assist and manage all on-property and off-property activations and promotions (F&B events, chef appearances, spa promotions)
- Develop an engaging social media content calendar that will support the delivery of the hotel’s strategic aims
- Assist in updating the hotel content across all online channels
- Coordinate press visits and reviews of the hotel, F&B and Spa
- Handle requests by media to film/shoot the hotel and ensure that the hotel is appropriately featured and credited
- Ensure the media kits and other Marketing Communications related material are appropriate, error-free and brand-compliant
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for all promotional material and advertising collateral
- Ensure all collateral are up to date by performing regular audits
- Maintain all hotel images and video assets such as photos, renderings, videos, slide shows, presentations, artwork, design files…etc.
- Assist in preparing the monthly and quarterly reports
- Ensure a timely response to all guests, agencies or stakeholders’ enquiries
- Maintain the inventory and ordering of collaterals, media kits or corporate gifts
Requirements and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Public Relations / Communications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in public relations or marketing communications / social media in the hospitality industry or a related field
- Highly organized, outstanding communications skills and great attention to details
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinker with a can-do attitude
