Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within the F&B MO Bar Department, the MO Bar Supervisor is responsible for Creating Exceptional Service. The MO Bar Supervisor reports to the MO Bar Assistant Manager.

工作地点为北京王府井文华东方酒店/MO Bar，MO Bar 酒吧主管负责为客人缔造非凡卓越的服务。MO Bar 酒吧主管向酒吧副经理汇报。

As MO Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为MO Bar 酒吧主管，您将负责以下职责：

• Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars and Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement. 通过日常的工作让客人满意并体验的我们的支柱，传奇及文华东方会议的服务经历，来维持公司的价值观和公司文化，从而完成我们的使命。
• To be able to lead and communicate with his/her colleagues during the restaurant operation. 在日常运营当中能够很好的领导员工及与员工沟通。
• To supervise and participate in running of an efficient and profitable operation in the areas for which you are responsible. Liaise with your outlet manager to actively encourage a professional and dedicated team. 管理，组织和参与到所负责的区域有效的完成工作，和上司保持联络并积极鼓励大家成为专业的团队。
• To assist the Outlet Manager/Asst Outlet Manager in enabling colleagues to consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times. 协助酒吧经理和副经理，促使同事们总是能够提供高质量的服务给我们的客人。
• Provide services for guest such as order taker, promoting the restaurant food and beverages. 为客人提供服务，提高食品和酒水的推销。
• To co-ordinate the service of food and beverage efficiently and accurately. 迅速，高效地位客人提供服务。
• To report and follow up all maintenance defaults affecting efficient and professional delivery of service. 汇报和跟进所有维护工作，确保其有效的完成。
• To involve with service related to VIP guests. 参与VIP客人的服务。
• To respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet manager, followed by effective communication. 对客人的需求有前瞻性，确保在经理和副经理不在的时候做出恰当的行动和有效的沟通。
• To identify and carry out any specific training and development needs among the team. 鉴别和执行任何团队发展所需的特殊的培训。
