MOGZH - 工程技术员 Engineering Technician

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities：

• Implement the Hotel's preventive maintenance program for your areas of responsibility (including life safety equipment), as instructed by the department's management and ensure tasks are completed competently and within a given time.
• To ensure any work requests that may come from the Hotel's guests or senior management is responded to within a given time. All such requests are to be recorded or shared in departmental Wechat group along with what action is taken.
• To ensure maintenance requests assigned to you are completed safely and competently, with the minimum of disruption to the Hotel's guests and colleagues and within a given time. If, for any reason maintenance requests are not completed, these are to be highlighted and handed over to the Engineering Supervisor.
• To carry out a daily tour of the working area to ensure no burnt light bulbs are on view to our guests or colleagues at any time. Also, to treat as a priority, any reports from Housekeeping or any other Hotel departments that burnt bulbs require replacement in guest bedrooms, function rooms or public areas.
• To ensure Hotel's fire, health and safety procedures are implemented.
• Report any urgent matters or irregularities to the Director of Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer immediately.

Job Requested：

• Completed high school education.
• A vocational school diploma in either carpentry or decorating.
• At least 2 years working experience in hotel or similar complex.
• Good knowledge and practical skills in AC/AV/ELE/ELV/Plumbing /Kitchen equipment/Painting/Decorating /Carpenter.

• 对工作区域进行每日巡检，确保我们的客人和同事任何时候都看不到损坏的灯泡，同时重视客房部或其他部门报告的客房、会议室或公共区域灯泡更换的要求。
• 确保执行酒店消防、卫生和安全程序。
• 立即报告任何紧急事情或违法行为给工程总监或副总监。

岗位要求：

• 高中以上学历。
• 职业学校木工或装饰专业毕业。
• 至少两年以上酒店或相关场所工作经验。
• 在空调/影音/强电/弱电/机管/厨房设备/油漆/装饰/木工方面拥有良好的理论及实践技巧。
