Job Description 

• Assists the Credit Manager on ad-hoc assigned duty
• Ensure all payment received are posted accurately and applied-off accordingly to the payment details received into the respective city ledger account in PSMS and will past over to the respective colleague to investigate the discrepancy if any.
• Ensure the commissions are tagged and paid correctly to the respective travel agents and identified corporate account promptly
• Performs daily audits of banquet checks, event orders, cover counts and guarantees ensure accuracy and completeness of information and billing.
• Accomplishes all internal control audits as stipulated in MOHG P&P.
• Ensure the no show details are accurate as advised by Income Auditor before charging and posting to PSMS
