This comprises a few key responsibilities:
Provide a centre of excellence in project and change management at any stage of the change through:
- Share best practices with project leads in project and change management
- Develop and maintain project management deliverables such as the overall programme plan, RAID log, and working closely with Project & Change Manager
- Support in developing materials for the MO change agenda, including communications, engagement & learning, cultural activities, etc.
Support Transformation Governance:
- Coordinate the set-up of Transformation governance meeting, including TMO Board meetings, portfolio status meetings, etc.
- Escalate risk and cross-functional dependencies, in both project and change management perspective
Design, and manage the project approval process, via Smartsheet to:
- Facilitate the approval of new strategic projects
- Continue to improve the process by working closing with key stakeholders
Provide visibility to transformation initiatives by supporting overall TMO communications, including:
- Support in managing the overall Transformation dashboard to reflect true status timely
- Support in the development of leadership reporting materials for overall MO transformation agenda
- Coordinate and support in developing materials for internal communications of transformation initiatives
Key requirements for this role:
- Project & change management and organisation capabilities to plan, lead and coordinate projects with complex milestones and dependencies
- Design and delivery experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Large scale operational / business transformation programs
o Process optimisation across operations, finance, IT, procurement, HR
o Systems implementation (e.g., ERP)
- Proven change management and stakeholder management experience
- Self-starter attitude with strong initiative and ownership to solve problems autonomously
- Adaptable to change in plans and able to flex style dependent on stakeholder
- Understanding of organisational change theories, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong spoken and written communication skills (storyboarding)
- Experience with coordinating and facilitating workshops
- Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in project & change management leading practices
- Proficient in English; Cantonese and Mandarin skill is a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience, preferred from management consulting or demonstrable project management experience internally
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related subjects required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) is a plus
- Skills in design thinking, lean six sigma and/ or agile methodologies is a plus
- PMP / Prosci’s Change Management qualified is a plus
