About the job

The duties of a public area attendant are to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's public areas and facilities. This position reports to the public area manager.

公共区域服务员的职责是负责酒店公共区域的卫生以及设施设备的整洁。该职位的汇报对象是公共区域经理。

As Public Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为公共区域服务员，您需要承担以下职责：

• Maintain supplies and clean the lobby areas.

保持大堂区域干净整洁, 并且摆放好所有应该摆放在大堂的物品。

• Maintain and clean the public washrooms. Each washroom to be checked each hour as a minimum.

清扫并保持公共洗手间的清洁. 至少每小时检查一次各个洗手间。

• Dust all tables, lamp and ledges in all public areas and corridors.

清洁所有公共区域和走廊的桌子, 灯和架子。

• Clean all glass doors and mirrors in public area.

清洁所有公共区域的玻璃门和镜子。

• Dust all marble/flooring in lobby.

清扫所有在大堂的大理石/地面。

• Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness. Empty ashtrays and keep sand clean.

• Clean employees’ washrooms on all floors including pool area.

• Report any deficiencies to supervisor or Co-ordinator.

• Check driveway and sidewalk for cleanliness every hour.
