JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibility for operational and strategic procurement processes
  • Responsibility for effective cost controlling processes
  • Identifying and developing reliable sources for supply
  • Contract and condition negotiations
  • Responsibility to successfully fulfil all purchasing relevant standards for HACCP including Supplier Management & Audits
  • End of Month duties including stock takes, variance analysis, reconciliation and direct costs per department
  • Point of contact for all operative and project based purchase requests
  • Issuing purchase relevant analysis and consequential suggestions for optimization
  • Keeps abreast of the marketplace as to innovation and value
  • To be familiar with import procedures and documentation’s and approaches that may be required from Local Government

YOUR PROFILE

  • a minimum of three years professional experience within the Accounting / Purchasing department
  • good communication and negotiation skills
  • strong problem solving abilities
  • team player and good leadership skills
  • previous experience within the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • fluent in German and English
