About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within the Reservations Department, the Reservations Agent is responsible for handle bookings and materialize the maximum number of guests' requests and reservations. The Reservations Agent reports to the Assistant Reservations Manager.

As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle several telephone calls at any given time.
• The ability to recite all information regarding hotel facilities, hours of operation, key personnel, special activities and functions in the hotel.
• Communicate and work with other departments when it is required.

As Reservations Agent, we expect from you: 

• Minimum one year working experience in the luxury hotel industry in the same role

• Excellent communication in English and Chinese both oral and writing
