Resort Agent / Doorperson

 The Resort Agent /Doorperson is responsible for the following:

• Assist with luggage, coats, suitcases, etc. giving attention to guest assistance in a courteous, swift, and proactive manner.
• Maintain a pleasant disposition with the aim of providing undivided attention to each guest.
• Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to the handling of luggage.
• Aid guests arriving and departing through means of welcoming, luggage assistance, providing directions and other.
• Familiarize oneself with the layout of the hotel and provide guest service and guidance.
• Provide general information to guests about the hotel facilities, services, and location.

What are we looking for:

• Proven experience in a Groom/Bell Boy position, from within a luxury hotel and/or resort.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English in written and oral form. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be highly appreciated.
• Eligible to work in a member state of the EU
• Positive disposition.
• Professional attire and behavior.
• Team oriented.
• Passionate and focused on providing the highest quality service.
