About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Marketing and Communication department the Marketing Manager is responsible for the following duties:

  • Digital Marketing

Define and lead the digital strategy in line with business and brand awareness objectives.

Drive revenue growth across direct channels and optimize performance.

Oversee the management and optimization of the website.

Coordinate digital campaigns with the media agency and monitor performance.

Design and promote online offers in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.

Ensure consistency and quality of the customer experience throughout the entire digital journey.

  • Brand Marketing

Ensure the consistency of brand identity, tone, and messaging across all online and offline channels.

Adapt the Mandarin Oriental group’s brand platforms locally by integrating the Parisian identity and the heritage of Hôtel Lutetia.

Lead annual marketing plans and activation calendars.

  • Content Creation

Oversee content production in collaboration with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and internal teams.

  • Internal Coordination & Cross-Functional Projects

Work closely with the Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, Spa, and Rooms teams.

Support internal teams in effectively adopting marketing tools and messaging.

Lead cross-functional projects in coordination with the headquarters of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

  • Performance Analysis & Management

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.

Implement performance indicators and ensure regular reporting.

As Marketing Manager, we expect from you:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury hospitality, fashion, or luxury goods sector.

  • You possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in both French and English is required.

  • You have a strong network of contacts among service providers in the luxury industry.

  • You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great rigor and attention to detail.

  • You have a creative mindset and the ability to propose innovative ideas.

  • You are able to adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
