About the job

To maintain the Hotel’s decoration surface and furniture in accordance with local, Hotel and Company guidelines, policy and procedures, to ensure that the outstanding quality of service and highest safety standards are provided to guests and colleagues is always achieved. TO be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all furniture, buildings and other related items within the hotel.

根据酒店以及集团的指导方针，维护酒店的装饰面及家具，确保随时为客人和员工提供优质服务和高的安全标准。负责酒店内所有家具、建筑等相关物品的维修及保养工作。

As Room Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为客房维修技工，您需要承担以下职责：

• Maintenance of all Hotel furniture and fixtures, walls and floor coverings.
• Paints all surfaces to Hotel assets/fixtures/walls as and when requested.
• Attend to guestroom, public area telephone order so given by the supervisor.
• Able to assist other colleagues in other works within the hotel.
• Ensure the area to be paint is properly protected and covered before painting.
• To ensure the work area is clean upon works completion.
• Ensure the painting works done is to his personal best capability and not slip slop.
• To inspect all guest rooms and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer.
• To assist the other trades where is requested.
• To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
• Any other work as requested by the management.

As Room Maintenance Technician, we expect from you:

• Holder of relevant certificate
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience with similar position
• Proficient in painting, carpentry, and other related techniques, with strong hands-on skills
• Operational experience from other hotel divisions or similar industry desirable
• Good communication skills
