Sales Agent- Cake Shop

As a Cake Shop Sales Agent in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

• Arrange items in baskets in the nice, presentable and appealing manner.
• Carry out stock taking of all items before opening and after closing.
• Record the quantity of replenishment items accurately.
• Take orders from guests (in person or by telephone) and coordinate with the Kitchen staff of any special orders in advance.
• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude.
• Always be courteous, polite, respectful, and smiling to guests.
• Keep all baskets, drawers and cupboards clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
• Initiative and good customer service skills.
