The Role

The Sales Coordinator provides essential coordination, administrative, and sales support to the Sales team, contributing to the successful market entry and brand positioning of Mandarin Oriental Makati. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple sales segments in a fast-paced pre-opening environment. He/she plays a key role in supporting account management, managing sales documentation, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless flow of information between clients and hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate client site inspections, sales calls, and appointments.
  • Support follow-up activities with clients to ensure timely responses and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With 1-2 years working experience in luxury hospitality or related field. Open to fresh graduates.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in creating reports via MS Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
  • Possesses a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
