Job Summary:**
Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property within the Wang Fu Central Hotel, operated by Beijing Juminghui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
* Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities.
* Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by guests and staff.
* Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or disturbances, and provide assistance as needed.
* Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
* Assist guests with security-related inquiries and provide directions or information when requested.
* Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
* Maintain a professional and vigilant demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications are a plus.
* Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, preferably within a hospitality environment.
* Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
* Ability to operate surveillance equipment and other security tools.
* Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
* Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in English is an advantage.
* Must possess a valid security guard license if required by local regulations.
