About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department in Riyadh, the Spa Receptionist is responsible for, responsible for, but not limited to booking all Spa treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner.

As Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
  • MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
  • It is part of your role and your responsibility to fully support all learning and development activities.
  • Follow all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by Spa Operation Supervisor/Spa Manager.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy, clean and stocked at all times
  • Must have good telephone skills and follow MOHG telephone etiquette

As Spa Receptionist, we expect from you: 

  • Keep work area clean, neat and hygienic at all times.
  • Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
    • Will be expected to assist various demonstrations and events
    • To recognize the importance of "sales" in every aspect of their role and be responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Director.
    • Responsible for all administrative procedures to ensure that the Spa is run professionally and in accordance with Health and Safety policy
