About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Spa & Wellness Department in Pylos, the Spa Therapist is responsible for enlightening the guests on various body treatments, massage techniques, and spa services and for customising the massage treatments as per the guest’s requirements. The Spa Therapist reports to the Head Therapist.

As Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver spa treatments while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high service standards in the spa in line with Mandarin Oriental procedure .
• Assist in various spa operations, including front desk, retail, and relaxation areas.
• Report equipment issues and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
• Attend meetings and training to maintain professional standards.
• Recommend and upsell spa products and services to enhance guest experience.

As Spa Therapist, we expect from you: 

• EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed spa therapist in a luxury hotel.
• Fluency in English.
• License in Physiotherapy or related field is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of skin care therapies, beauty products and trends.
