Sera responsable de monitorear y coordinar la operación diaria del restaurante asegurando la satisfacción de huéspedes y clientes.
Es responsable por el contacto directo entre el cliente y el restaurant.
Deberá asistir al Gerente en la realización de sus deberes. Una de sus funciones principales es supervisar a colegas y asistirlos en sus tareas diarias en caso de ser necesario.
