Our hotel offers 120 beautifully designed rooms, 28 of which are suites, all individually decorated by renowned designer Patricia Urquiola. We are also home to a Michelin-starred restaurant, a beautiful cocktail bar, an indoor garden called Mimosa, and a pool terrace with stunning views.

As part of the culinary team at Blanc, you will play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and works in close collaboration with all restaurant team members to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

Daily Duties

• To ensure that relevant grooming standards adhered to, reflecting a professional image for our guests 
• To communicate with kitchen and sommelier for specials
• To take guest food and beverages requirements
• To offer aperitif
• To recommend food
• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates, ensuring tasks are followed up efficiently prior to guest’s arrival
• To meet, greet and seat guests in a professional and efficient manner
• To ensure that mise en place levels are maintained accurately
• To ensure that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to reservation plans
• To co-ordinate the service of food and beverages together with Manager and Sommelier efficiently and accurately
• To prepare and present bills accurately
• To respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager/assistant, followed by effective communication
• To report and follow up all maintenance defaults affecting efficient and professional delivery of service                       
• To wish “farewell” to all guests, ensuring guest satisfaction has been reached
• To perform all duties related to restaurant closing shifts

Periodic Duties

• To performs the weekly ordering of stationary and to ensure accurate delivery
• To ensure that weekly polishing of silverware is carried out and that appropriate maintenance is done

What We Expect From You:

• Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to your work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
