ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER H/F

VOS MISSIONS

• Encadrer et développer l’équipe Front Office
• Assurer la bonne organisation des tâches pour garantir à nos clients une réelle qualité de service et une expérience mémorable, dans le respect de nos standards
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services (Guest Relation, Concierge, Housekeeping) afin d’anticiper les attentes de notre clientèle exigeante
• Participer activement au développement du revenu Hébergement en encourageant habilement l’upselling
• Garantir l’exactitude et la transparence des opérations
• Gérer les opportunités clients et éventuels litiges

PROFIL

• Expérience réussie à un poste en contact client dans un établissement similaire
• Organisation, rigueur et discrétion,
• Esprit d’initiative et disponibilité,
• Qualités managériales et relationnelles,
• Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais ; la pratique d’une autre langue vivante serait appréciée.

• Manage and develop the Front Office team
• Ensure the proper organization of tasks to guarantee our customers a real quality of service and a memorable experience, in line with our standards.
• Work closely with other departments (Guest Relation, Concierge, Housekeeping) to anticipate the expectations of our demanding clientele.
• Actively participate in the development of Lodging revenue by skilfully encouraging upselling.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of operations
• Manage customer opportunities and potential disputes

PROFILE

• Successful experience in a customer contact position in a similar establishment
• Organized, rigorous and discreet,
• Initiative and availability,
• Managerial and interpersonal skills,
• English fluent ; knowledge of another living language would be appreciated.
