As a Assistant Spa and Fitness Manager you will assist in overseeing daily spa and fitness center operations to ensure a smooth guest experience. Supervise, train, and motivate staff, including therapists, trainers, and front-desk personnel. Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for peak times and special events. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa and Fitness Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff, including therapists, personal trainers, and front-desk personnel.
Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times and special events.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism across the spa and fitness center.
Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Assist in managing the inventory of products, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Promote the spa and fitness services through marketing initiatives and member engagement activities.
Help create and implement new programs and services tailored to the guests' needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that aligns with the company’s core values.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a spa, fitness, or wellness-related role is essential, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and fitness management.
Certification in health and fitness management, personal training, or similar is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
