Bar Supervisor - MOBar

We are currently looking for a talented and highly driven Bar Supervisor with passion of creating meMOrable dining experiences for guests.

The Bar Supervisor is in charge of the bar when the Head Barman is away. He/she is also in charge of the planning and reservations during the Manager's absence.
Depending on the schedule, he/she may be required to make cocktails or prepare drinks behind the bar.

The Bar Supervisor may be responsible for opening and closing the bar, as well as closing the till.
He/she must also be able to handle customer complaints and follow up. Be able to manage his/her own mailbox and other software.

The Bar Supervisor will ensure that the service runs smoothly and that customers are satisfied with all the services provided, in compliance with quality standards, HACCP hygiene standards and the procedures in force within the hotel. He/she ensures excellent customer relations.

Job Requirements:

• French and English are essential
• Good presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of availability are required.
• Inborn sense of welcome, natural smile
• Outgoing and enjoy customer contact
• Significant international experience in a luxury hotel in a similar position.
• Ability to make suggestions and be good at managing a team.
