F&B Guest Relations, Food & Beverage

SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)

We’re looking for a F&B Guest Relations to join our vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage team.

As an F&B Guest Relations at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively gathering information about special requirements, guest preferences, allergies, celebrations, etc
  • Confirming bookings through phone calls and e-mails 48 hours before the date of the booking
  • Following up on any special requests related to reservations
  • Understanding all outlets layout and table/ floor plans
  • Ensuring all VIP and Hotel Guests special requests are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Communicating all special requests and arrangements to restaurant management

As an F&B Guest Relations you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
