Based at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong Corporate Office within the Finance & Accounts Department, the Finance Analyst is responsible for day‑to‑day general ledger accounting, bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation, reporting, and financial support for both the Global Loyalty Programme and Hong Kong corporate entities.
As Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions in the general ledger
Performing regular reconciliations of bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts
Reviewing and posting invoice batches into the ledgers
Posting intercompany transactions in Sage, arranging timely recharges, and reconciling balances
Managing Roadshow balance sheet accounts and facilitating required recharges
Liaising with outsourced accounting firms and preparing corporate entity submissions in the Group reporting system
Assisting in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts
Arranging payments via the banking platform and reviewing payment runs prepared by team members
Reviewing credit card and cash expense reports to ensure compliance with MOHG policy
Supporting additional finance‑related tasks assigned by the manager to meet departmental and business priorities
As Finance Analyst, we expect from you:
Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or similar certification in Finance
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Certified Public Accountant qualification preferred
Strong reconciliation capabilities and intermediate Excel skills
High standards of accuracy, data integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and manage multiple priorities professionally
