Food & Beverage Manager 餐饮部经理

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage departments.
  • Manage staff responsibilities, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and FLHSS regulations.
  • Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of supplies.
  • Work closely with Executive Chefs to ensure high standards of food quality.
  • Address customer complaints and gather feedback.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and overall profitability.

   

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years food & beverage working experience in luxury hotel of which at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
  • A proven track record of success in a similar role, showing you have the capability to build customer loyalty and guest satisfaction, delivering, profit and controlling costs.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
