About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Health Club Department in Riyadh, the Masseur is responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained all spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner.

As Masseur, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
  • MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
  • Follow all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by Spa Treatments Manager/ Spa Manager.
  • Keep work area clean, neat and hygienic at all times.
  • Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.

As Masseur, we expect from you: 

  • Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa treatment rooms throughout your shift.
  • Will be expected to assist and perform various demonstrations and events.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift to allow sufficient time to prepare for your workday.
  • Perform all treatments to the highest standards on guests whilst always maintaining the guest’s comfort.
  • Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings when necessary. 
  • Attend all training courses as deemed necessary and must adhere to training as set down by the Treatment Manger/ Spa Manager.
