About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office, the Regional Performance Marketing Manager Americas & Southern Europe supports the strategy and execution of global digital performance marketing across the Group’s Americas and Southern Europe portfolio. The role enables growth in rooms and ancillary revenue through MandarinOriental.com and related digital platforms.

This role owns the coordination and optimisation of performance marketing activity across multiple markets, ensuring alignment between the Group’s overarching digital strategy and local market nuances. It requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across paid media, data, content and stakeholder management.

As Regional Performance Marketing Manager Americas & Southern Europe, you will play a key role in driving demand through intelligent, highly targeted performance marketing activity, growing new customer acquisition and increasing Group share versus the competitive set, while remaining true to Mandarin Oriental’s luxury positioning and customer-first philosophy.
 

As Regional Performance Marketing Manager Americas & Southern Europe, you will be responsible for the following duties:
 

Performance Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Support the activation and optimisation of performance marketing strategies across the Americas and Southern Europe portfolio to drive revenue through MandarinOriental.com and auxiliary platforms.

  • Align performance marketing activity with broader Group commercial objectives, ensuring campaigns are insight-led and commercially impactful.

  • Identify and explore opportunities to expand the breadth and effectiveness of performance marketing across customer segments and global markets.

  • Champion innovation within performance marketing, leveraging new tools, technologies and approaches to generate incremental demand.
     

Agency, Budget and Channel Management
 

  • Manage agency partners to deliver against performance marketing KPIs and wider business objectives, ensuring strong governance and accountability.

  • Oversee digital marketing budgets across the Americas and Southern Europe regions, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and audiences to maximise ROI.

  • Monitor channel performance and reallocate spend dynamically to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across paid search, paid social and other performance channels.
     

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
 

  • Lead and maintain strong relationships with hotel stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of digital strategies, campaign plans and performance outcomes.

  • Regularly engage with hotels to provide best practice guidance on performance marketing activity and local optimisation opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with consumer marketing, brand and digital teams to ensure alignment in creative development, messaging and content execution.

  • Act as a trusted performance marketing partner to internal teams, supporting alignment across Digital, Brand, Customer and Revenue functions.
     

Data, Reporting and Compliance
 

  • Evolve performance marketing reporting and analytics, integrating attribution modelling with CRM and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, translating insights into clear actions and recommendations.

  • Ensure legal and data privacy compliance across all performance marketing activity, working closely with data privacy and governance teams.
     

Brand and Customer Advocacy
 

  • Ensure all performance marketing activity reflects Mandarin Oriental’s luxury positioning, brand values and customer-first philosophy.

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, balancing commercial performance with long-term brand equity and customer trust.
     

Financial and Non-Financial Measures
 

Success in this role will be measured through the following key performance indicators:

  • Digital channel share

  • Revenue growth

  • Relevant engagement and performance marketing metrics
