YOUR TASKS

Als Rooftop Mixologist/in sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Zubereitung von hochwertigen Cocktails und anderen Getränken gemäß unseren Rezepturen und Standards
• Entwicklung neuer, kreativer Cocktailideen und saisonaler Getränke für die Rooftop-Bar
• Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste bei der Auswahl von Getränken und Empfehlungen zu Speisenkombinationen
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs hinter der Bar, einschließlich Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung
• Bestandskontrolle und -verwaltung, einschließlich der Bestellung von Barartikeln und Zutaten
• Einhaltung aller Hygienestandards und gesetzlicher Vorschriften im Barbereich
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service- und Küchenteam, um ein nahtloses Gästeerlebnis zu gewährleisten
• Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Teammitglieder
• Beitrag zur Förderung eines gastfreundlichen und professionellen Ambientes

As Rooftop Mixologist, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing high-quality cocktails and beverages according to our recipes and standards
• Developing innovative cocktail ideas and seasonal drinks for the rooftop bar
• Advising and attending to guests in their selection of beverages and pairing recommendations
• Ensuring smooth operations at the bar, including preparation and post-shift duties
• Managing inventory, including ordering bar supplies and ingredients
• Adhering to all hygiene standards and legal regulations in the bar area
• Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to create a seamless guest experience
• Supporting the training and onboarding of new team members
• Contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the bar

YOUR PROFILE

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, idealerweise mit Zusatzausbildung als Barkeeper/in
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Barkeeper/in, vorzugsweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie
• Leidenschaft für Mixologie, Kreativität und ein Gespür für Trends in der Getränkewelt
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Gästekontakt
• Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten mit einer positiven Ausstrahlung
• Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick zu behalten
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy, ideally with additional bartender certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in upscale gastronomy
• Passion for mixology, creativity, and a sense of trends in the beverage industry
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for guest interaction
• Polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
