About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the (Senior) Sales Manager will ensure that guests and partners are delighted and inspired and will drive continual improvement and innovation and ensures that the property is positioned as the market leader. The (Senior) Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales.

 

As (Senior) Sales Manager, you will responsible for the following duties:

  • Market Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting local corporate clients and travel partners in the USA, Canada and key global corporate markets

  • Strategic business development including Marketing to the Trade, Key account Management and Groups

  • host site inspections and client events

  • establish and maintains effective relationships and partnerships

  • act as brand ambassador

 

As (Senior) Sales Manager, we expect from you:

  • Passion for (luxury) hotel industry and market

  • Professional experience in the hotel industry as a Sales Executive

  • Guest-oriented approach

  • Profound MS Office knowledge

  • Excellent German and English language skills

  • Charming and friendly appearance

  • Organization ability, open-minded and reliable
