We are currently looking for a talented and highly driven:

Chef(fe) de Rang - Room Service

The Chef de Rang is responsible for welcoming and serving guests in the rooms assigned to him/her by the Restaurant Manager or Assistant. He/she anticipates customers' needs and meets their expectations with attentive, personalised, friendly and careful service.

The Chef de Rang's main tasks are:

• Prepare the mise en place according to established standards so as to welcome customers
• Serve food in the room
• Check customer satisfaction
• Follow up with the hotel's various departments (kitchen, reception, housekeeping, etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Qualified in catering (BEP/CAP)
• English required
• Open-minded with good time-management, organization and communication skills, diligence and commitment.  
• Ability to keep a positive and responsible attitude.
• Team player.
• Excellent presentation and hospitality skills
• Outgoing and enjoy customer contact
• Previous experience preferably in a similar position and in the luxury hospitality segment.
