Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Serve as an information specialist, providing guests with comprehensive details about Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental offerings, including restaurants, Kids’ Palace, spa, activities, and accommodations.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently, always ensuring welcoming and hospitable interaction.
Reservations Support:
- Facilitate restaurant reservations through direct access to the reservation system.
- Assist with booking spa appointments, activities, and Kids’ Palace reservations using the relevant systems.
- Submit room reservation requests to the designated reservations email for processing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all reservation-related communications and documentation.
Membership Assistance:
- Provide information about Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental membership and assist guests with inquiries, sign-ups and renewals.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the resort’s offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and timely information to guests.
- Manage reservation systems efficiently and in compliance with Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain detailed records of reservations and inquiries for reporting and follow-up purposes.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating more complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and email communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or reservations is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a must.
