This role of Executive Housekeeper is a senior-level position responsible.  The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's housekeeping operations, including staff management, cleaning standards, inventory control, quality inspections, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and presentation of the premises, while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high standards of guest service. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Organize and maintain a high degree of excellence in guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel
  • Perform daily inspection of all public areas, guest rooms, exterior of building and back of house areas, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met
  • Handle guest enquiries and comments and identify proper solutions in a timely and professional manner to ensure high level of guest satisfaction
  • Be responsible for managing departmental budget and control labour and operating expenses through effective planning, purchasing decisions and inventory control
  • Ensure the supervision of the property's front and back of house upkeep and maintenance by ensuring all schedules are met and areas cleaned to standard
  • Be fully aware of and comply with all aspects of the health, safety and fire policy, service standards and standard operation procedures
  • Identify departmental training needs and conduct trainings to the team
    Lead the Housekeeping and Laundry teams
