Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
- To provide a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times.
- To ensure a clean, comfortable, well maintained and welcoming environment.
- To use any opportunity to delight and satisfy guests’ needs.
- To make sure all guest information is forwarded to the Guest History Coordinator to record in guest history profile.
- To facilitate a motivating atmosphere by communicating effectively.
- To give feedback in a positive and encouraging manner.
- To communicate accurate information actively and in a timely manner to colleagues.
- To be an active team player with a “hands on” approach..
- To provide on-the-job training to new members of the team
- To ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with the local safety and security standards to guarantee employee safety.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years international hotel working experience.
- High Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Good Communication skills.
- Responsible and positive attitude, be able to work under pressure and with team work spirit.
- Good communication and writing skill.

岗位要求:
- 两年以上国际酒店相关岗位工作经验。
- 较强的适应能力及抗压能力。
- 良好的沟通技巧。
- 认真负责,能承受工作压力并保持积极的工作态度与团队精神。
- 良好的沟通与书写能力。
