As a Kitchen Intern at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
Responsible for assisting in the Kitchen as required
Ensure our cuisine is presented to the highest standard.
Deliver a professional, attentive, and impeccable service to our guests.
As a Kitchen Intern, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Kitchen Intern candidate, you will have genuine passion for hospitality and for providing memorable experiences for our guests. You will be eager to learn and flexible in your approach. To qualify for the internship position, you are looking for an internship which forms part of your studies.
