About the job

We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for luxury branding and a proven track record in crafting engaging content and supporting on high-impact data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at storytelling, and has strong analytical capabilities to support the Head of Marketing on the Exceptional Homes marketing strategy.

As the Marketing Executive (MOXH), you will be responsible for:

Content Creation and Campaign Management

  • Craft captivating eDMs tailored to UHNWI and HNWI audiences, ensuring high open and engagement rates.
  • Develop and execute organic Exceptional Homes social media content for global MO channels and dedicated Exceptional Homes Instagram channel to enhance brand visibility and engage a global following.
  • Manage on-going content calendar for dedicated Exclusive Homes Instagram, ensuring timely and thematic content aligned with Mandarin Oriental’s brand vision.
  • Conceptualise, design, and manage marketing collateral including property brochures and website listing content.
  • Collaborate with cross-departments within Mandarin Oriental including the website team and the global brand team.

Digital Marketing and Analytics

  • Conceptualise and design social and paid search campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Liaise on a weekly basis with digital agencies to ensure effective campaign management and to meet KPI’s.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement improvements to elevate the user experience and align with project goals.

PR, Partnerships and Brand Experiences

  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with local Mandarin Oriental Hotels, and luxury brands to create mutually beneficial collaborative experiences.
  • Plan and manage press trips, including itinerary creation and logistics, collaborating with PR agencies & working with Tier A publications.
  • Support on PR agency engagement, ensuring agencies receive timely news, • engaging content and curated experiences for on-going pro-active press pitching.

Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in defining the project’s marketing vision and strategy, contributing innovative ideas to support its growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for monthly marketing summaries to each respective Exclusive Homes owner.

As Marketing Executive, we expect from you:

  • Right to work in London, UK
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury marketing.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Canva is essential.
  • Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and a creative flair.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with broader teams within Mandarin Oriental.
  • Experience in developing partnerships and organising events within the luxury market.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies
