We are recruiting a Night Manager

Main Responsibilities: 

  • ensuring smooth night operations
  • creating memorable arrival and departure experiences for our guests
  • be the first point of contact in terms of guest relations and services for house guests and non-residents
  • maintaining high data quality levels
  • taking responsibility for the entire hotel property during the night
  • assisting in billing and invoice preparation
  • daily control of accounting tasks of Front Office operations
  • Operational communication with HSK/Engineering/In-Room Dining

Job Requirements:

  • a minimum of five years professional experience in Front Office Operations
  • very good French and English language skills
  • Team player, mutual respect and colleague commitment
  • familiar with Front Office related IT&T systems
  • Prior luxury experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, lots of flair and creativity
  • You will have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
  • Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
