Mandarin Oriental is seeking a Manager, Commercial Strategy support the Group's global Commercial strategy to elevate the brand experience, build quality customer relationships and accelerate premium revenue growth. The individual will work across business strategy, brand, customer, revenue management, distribution and channels. We are looking for a strategic individual who excels at problem solving, is highly analytical and is passionate about evolving our offering to unlock the next frontier of growth for the brand. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic projects: day to day management of strategic projects working with cross-functional teams to deliver against company growth objectives.
Commercial planning: oversee development of annual and quarterly Commercial plans, targets and business review processes to grow revenue across all regions, including partnering with experts across branding, pricing, product, customer segmentation and channels.
Commercial performance: responsible for analysing Commercial performance, investment allocation and growth scenarios, and communicating key updates to senior management.
Industry Intelligence: research latest industry trends, risks and opportunities across the global luxury space, leverage these insights to inform future operating models.
Capability development: partner with the Commercial leadership team in building a strong organisation into the future, run programs to enhance Mandarin Oriental’s sales and marketing capability, data-driven and customer-first approach.
