As an Assistant Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts begin at 5:30am (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Assistant Manager candidate, you must have previous supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage setting. You will be an enthusiastic leader, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.
